Shipping

IMPORTANT HOLIDAY SHIPPING INFORMATION - Best efforts will be made to get shipments delivered in time for the holidays. The recommended purchase date to receive by December 25th is December 10th. All shipments are ultimately at the mercy of USPS Priority and UPS ground delivery capabilities. December 10th is well within the recommended dates provided by both USPS Priority and UPS ground for holiday 2021, however, be aware that the later your purchase date is (even if by December 10th), the higher the risk the item may not be delivered by December 25th.

All orders within the United States are mailed your choice via USPS priority mail or UPS ground. Items in-stock will dispatch within 3-5 business days. Made-to-order items will dispatch at the turn-around time listed in the product description. Each design specifies at the bottom of the product description whether it is made-to-order. All shipments come with signature confirmation. Fees cover the cost of shipping as well as additional insurance on your purchase.

During check out, please double check that the SHIP TO ADDRESS is accurate. Additional charges may be applied if an item has shipped or is in transit to being shipped and needs rerouted to a changed address. You are responsible for any lost merchandise if an address is entered incorrectly during checkout. You will receive an order confirmation via e-mail with all shipping information entered during checkout.

On occasion, shipping may take longer for in-stock items if I'm away from my studio during the time of the purchase. I will send you a personal e-mail message with an accurate shipment timeline when this occurs.

Returns

All returns must be made within 7 days of receiving your order and pre-approved before the return is made. Made-to-order rings are subject to a 20% restocking fee and store credit within 7 days of purchase. All products are very carefully examined throughout the creation process and upon completion for defects. If an item is damaged or defective when received, please contact me within 7 days of the purchase. If an item was made in a custom size and does not properly fit, again, please contact me within 7 days of purchase.

When returning a stock piece, you are responsible for postage, insurance and returning the piece in the same condition that it was received. I will provide you with shipping instructions. For any pieces that are being returned due to quality issues, contact me and I will provide you with a separate set of shipping directions. Once a returned item has been received on my end and is intact just as it was shipped to you, you will receive a refund for your purchase, minus the original cost of shipping.

All gift returns are handled as exchanges only. Please read the exchange section for more information.

All FAREWELL DESIGNS are discontinued and no longer in production. All FAREWELL sales are final. No returns or exchanges.

All sales are final on custom made pieces.

Exchanges

Exchanges must be made within the first 7 days of receiving your order and must be pre-approved. If the item was a gift, and it is beyond 7 days of when the item was originally received contact me directly. When returning a piece for exchange, you are responsible for postage, insurance and returning the piece in the same condition that it was received. I will provide you with shipping instructions. In addition, you are responsible for shipping costs of the new item you are exchanging the old item for.

Sizing

When ordering a ring, please be sure to get an accurate size prior to ordering. To find an accurate size, I recommend using the ring sizer available in my shop. Please contact me if you have any questions regarding ring size. All ring re-sizing must be done in my studio and a fee will be assessed for additional materials and time. An estimate of the charge will be given prior to you shipping/returning the ring for resizing. You are responsible for shipping costs and any lost merchandise during shipping. I will provide you with shipping instructions.

Repairs

Each piece is handcrafted with the utmost quality and care and should last for lifetimes. In the case of any wear and tear over long periods of time, jewelry may be repaired for a fee depending on the nature of the damage and the design of the piece. Any repairs or alternations to Amanda Hagerman jewelry by someone other than me, will not be covered by my guarantee and may not be subject to further repairs in my studio.

Privacy

As a valued customer and supporter of the arts, it is vital that you have a positive shopping experience and are cared for in the best way possible. Your privacy is extremely important. Your information will never be shared with any outside vendors, under any circumstances, and is protected through our secure checkout system.

Product & Care Info

Delicate effort is placed into assuring each design looks the same as it does in the photographs featured. However, unless a piece is a one-of-a-kind, it will have slight variations in appearance. Bear in mind it is the maker's touch from individually handcrafting each design that truly makes every piece special and unique!
