All returns must be made within 7 days of receiving your purchase and pre-approved before the return is made. All returns of in-person purchases are subject to a 3% return fee due to non-refundable transaction and credit card processing fees. This fee is deducted from your refund when issued. Returns of online purchases will be fully refunded (minus original shipping cost), unless it is made-to-order.

Made-to-order rings purchased by size are subject to a 25% restocking fee and must be returned within 7 days of purchase. If a ring needs resized, you may be subject to a resizing fee.

If you are shipping back a return, you are responsible for shipping fees, insurance, returning the piece in the same condition that it was received, and providing tracking information for the return. Please contact me within the 7 days for all return instructions. Refunds are not issued until the piece has been received back in its original condition. Return refunds do not include original shipping costs.

All gift returns are handled as exchanges only. Please read the exchange section for more information.

All sales are final on custom made pieces.

All products are very carefully examined throughout the creation process and upon completion for defects. If an item is damaged or defective when received, please contact me within 7 days of the purchase. If an item was made in a custom size and does not properly fit, again, please contact me within 7 days of purchase. For any pieces that are being returned due to quality issues, contact me and I will provide you with a separate set of shipping directions.

Exchanges must be made within the first 7 days of receiving your order and must be pre-approved. If the item was a gift, and it is beyond 7 days of when the item was originally received contact me directly. When returning a piece for exchange, you are responsible for postage, insurance and returning the piece in the same condition that it was received. I will provide you with shipping instructions. In addition, you are responsible for shipping costs of the new item you are exchanging the old item for.
