18K yellow gold is at the heart of Amanda's work because of its beauty, durability, and higher purity (75% gold). It offers a rich, warm color and is less likely to cause skin reactions than lower-karat or white gold alloys, which often contain nickel. Focusing exclusively on one metal has also allowed Amanda to master its unique characteristics, ensuring exceptional craftsmanship and consistency across every piece. It's a deliberate choice that reflects her old-world techniques and creates a distinctive, cohesive collection.

We offer an assortment of handcrafted chains, as well as pre-manufactured fine chains sold along with the accompanying pendants. We do not sell pre-manufactured chains alone, or source pre-manufactured chains, unless it is part of a custom design purchase.

No. Our focus is exclusively on Amanda Hagerman Jewelry. By dedicating our time and expertise solely to designing and handcrafting our own collection, we're able to provide an intimate, designer-direct experience and maintain the exceptional quality and craftsmanship behind every piece.

No. To preserve the rarity, craftsmanship, and personal connection behind each piece, Amanda’s jewelry is available exclusively through direct relationships with our clients.

Anyone can visit our showroom without an appointment during regular business hours. However, if you’d like to speak one-on-one with Amanda regarding a potential custom project or a commitment collection purchase, booking a free 30-minute consultation is required.

Amanda is a solo maker, not just a retailer.

Amanda is a working goldsmith who handcrafts each piece herself exclusively. Running a small, intimate operation means her time splits between production (casting, custom design work) and retail hours. Amanda does meet with clients one-on-one for appointments on Wednesdays and Thursdays.

We do not typically run sales promotions. However, on rare occasions if an item is discontinued, the price may be reduced. Members of our Insider Community occasionally get access to rewards like free shipping and/or holiday gifts.

We currently offer installment plans for up to 12 months through Shop Pay. You’ll see that payment option available when viewing individual products or your shopping cart. These installment plans are subject to credit approval.
