We begin with a free 30-minute preliminary consultation to review your custom request (covering items such as budget, timeline, and design). This can occur over the phone, virtually, or in-person.
Appointment Day: All 30-minute consultations happen Friday, Saturday, or Sunday. You will have my undivided attention during the meeting.
Note: For all custom inquiries, I kindly ask that this 30-minute consultation be

unable to accommodate walk-ins for custom projects. If you’d simply like to browse and shop the collection in person, you’re always welcome to stop by during regular store hours — no appointment needed.

Next is a dedicated 1 1/2 hour session where we work one-on-one to define your design. To book this meeting, I require a $500 non-refundable design fee. This design fee is credited toward your final cost.
During this session, I will have an assortment of beverages, hot or cold, awaiting you. Together we'll review 1-3 concepts with price ranges, based on your approved budget and items discussed during the previous consultation. If needed, I’ll create 3–5 renderings with official quotes sent after. The timeline for your project will be confirmed during this meeting.
Bring items reviewed during our preliminary discussions including design ideas and any heirloom jewelry/gems related to the piece.
Appointment Day: These meetings can occur on either Wednesdays or Thursdays when the shop is closed to the public, or on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday when the shop is open. If we meet on the weekend, expect occasional customers to be present in the shop during our meeting. You will have my undivided attention regardless of day. While many meetings conclude in less than 90 minutes, please allow up to 90 minutes for your appointment.
Note: If I'm sourcing stones for you, I will do my best to have options to preview during the 90-minute session - however additional meetings may be required to select/approve stones in person.
Payment: Once final design is approved,
a 50% non-refundable deposit is required to officially lock in your placement on my studio calendar. The remaining balance is due upon pickup or prior to shipping.
