Shipping policy

All orders within the United States are mailed your choice via USPS Priority Mail or UPS. Items in-stock will dispatch within 3-5 business days. Additional shipment options and dispatch times are offered during the holidays, at which time I cannot gaurentee time of delivery, but assure you the package will ship at the time I've promised. During the holidays, delivery times are based on the information provided by carriers. Made-to-order items will dispatch at the turn-around time listed in the product description. Each design specifies at the bottom of the product description whether it is made-to-order. All shipments come with signature confirmation. Fees cover the cost of shipping as well as additional insurance on your purchase.

During check out, please double check that the SHIP TO ADDRESS is accurate. Additional charges may be applied if an item has shipped or is in transit to being shipped and needs rerouted to a changed address. You are responsible for any lost merchandise if an address is entered incorrectly during checkout. You will receive an order confirmation via e-mail with all shipping information entered during checkout.

On occasion, shipping may take longer for in-stock items if I'm away from my studio during the time of the purchase. I will send you a personal e-mail message with an accurate shipment timeline when this occurs.
