This ring is part of my Ladies of Georgetown capsule collection. I created this small series as a tribute to Georgetown, a place I feel incredibly fortunate to call home both personally and professionally. Inspired by seven remarkable women who once lived here, each jewel offers a glimpse into her story and celebrates the rich history of the neighborhood I now call my own.
We kindly ask that any piece that sells from this collection remains on display in my Georgetown Atelier through October 31st. We will contact you regarding pick up or shipment.
Jackie Kennedy
For Jackie I used significant pieces from her personal collection as inspiration. Jack proposed (at Martin's Tavern as legend has it) in 1953 with a stunning Van Cleef & Arpels diamond and emerald ring. Later, the ring was redesigned to add more diamonds forming leaf patterns around the gems. I present a slightly more understated, yet elegant in its own right, diamond and emerald Toi et Moi style ring. No additional diamonds needed.
