Today's Fresh Look Friday represents why I love doing what I do so well. My ultimate mission is to create pieces for you that are not commonplace or with a machine-made aesthetic. I celebrate the handmade traces of creation in each design… resulting in finished works like these that are perfectly imperfect. Pieces that have soul. Pieces that look as though they have been around for much longer than they have, but are refined and relevant.
When I’m creating these pieces, I’m thinking of you. The gal who is looking for something timeless, with character, that is super interesting to look at and that no-one else will have... Who adores handcrafted objects... Who is always on the hunt for special pieces to add to her collection.
It is truly a privilege to get to create beautiful jewelry. I am thankful for what I do everyday.
The earrings featured today are solid 18K gold and feature two rustic square shaped rose cut diamonds in a soft gray color. Each setting is custom crafted around the diamonds and features my signature ridged prongs. These little beauties have a lot of unique detailing and texture and are the perfect balance of raw and refined. I love how the multiple fine layers of textured gold shimmer in the light.
These studs are dainty in size so they are great for someone who prefers a smaller studs.They are the epitome of an earring that you can wear with ease every day, with everything, but are super unique and interesting to look at.
